You could argue that a newsletter was designed for info dumping. Lots is always going on behind the scenes and sometimes it’s best to just list things out and go from there:
I’ve commissioned a few 3D models in order to get a feel for what it might take to mass produce them for Kickstarter/online sales.
First up, this Ngia’wi bust that I’ll be lugging around to conventions (likely in 2023 and beyond because I’m currently not scheduled for anymore this year):
Next, this model ya’rosa that may or may not be available next time around on Kickstarter. I’m imagining this to be pencil sized because I may be considering getting a certain someone modeled as a collectible figurine for my 3rd 3D piece:
As promised in this piece below here’s a look at the entire world of Amashik… as we know it of course:
Some of you may have seen that yesterday I sent out an email, I know, I don’t typically bother you on Tuesdays but that’s about to change. I just uploaded all of book 2 for paid subs to read. For those of you with free subscriptions, you can read page 1 right now and tune in next week for page 2. The week after? Yup, page three… you see where I’m going with this right? From now on I’ll be releasing 1 page of volume 1 every week until all of volume 1 is available here to read FOR FREE. I know, you’re thinking “what’s the catch?” There is none. Just consider this, there are 31 pages of volume 1 available for free already and that leaves us with 133 left to share. I’ll let you do the math. If you’ve been waiting to share Ennead with your friends now is a good a time as ever!
Writing is going well here on the other side of the paywall. I’ve settled on release (at least) 1 traditionally paid post for free a month and that seems fair. I want folks who took the leap to support me to feel like they are getting something special here but at the same time I want to continue to entice those of you who have not tried it out to do so. Every bit of support here goes directly into this project:
Lastly, HOUSE OF THE DRAGON was fucking phenomenal. I’m not going to lie, my feelings were legitimately hurt by what happened in the final 2 and a half seasons of GoT. Like legitimately hurt. I was going to boycott this show… until I wasn’t.
And wow, I am so happy I didn’t make that decision. The capital (both actual and emotional) that GoT has earned over the years made room for HoTD to stretch its wings. The pilot felt patient and I loved every minute of it. I cried. I laughed. I jumped out of my seat. I had to cuddle a pillow to get through certain moments.
I feel at home whenever I’m visiting Westeros on a Sunday night.
Thanks again for the support. If you haven’t consider a free trial of what’s going on behind the paywall. There is a lot of binge-able content waiting for you. And who knows, you might like what you see and decide to stick around.

Those previews are [insert fire emojis]!!
Also, your endorsement of HOTD might be just enough to turn my chin. I was actually more or less satisfied with the outcome of GOT (despite its obvious, glaring flaws), but as a byproduct it left me kind of bored and disinterested in returning to Westeros, even for a re-watch.
So to hear that a trusted creative who was super turned off by GOT is actually really digging HOTD is quite intriguing...
Awesome news! Very exciting to start having pieces of your world coming to life in another medium, looking good- can't wait to see the bust printed on your table.
Very happy that the map is put all together in one- fantasy maps are always a favorite of mine.
I think that's really thoughtful of you to share as much as you can with both paid and non-paid subscribers, as I know that you are really passionate about the world you have created and even more enthusiast to share it with the world!
Beautiful new pages, I do enjoy how you have reached to different artists, giving different styles. And the coloring is amazing- From the pages you've shown above, the sharp and bright colors are really bringing me into it!
Lastly, I haven't see yet HOTD, not that I don't want to- my body is burning from waiting- tho I took the decision to read The Rogue Prince and The Princess and the Queen before, just to put me back into the story as it's been a while I haven't read them and be able to connect even more with what they show. Can understand wanting to have nothing to do with the ASOIAF universe after that season, and I was keeping a foot back as well- also as it's a show about my favorite war and my favorite house, so I had some fears. But couple people have told me they REALLY enjoyed it and it was one of the best pilot they have seen. So I am looking forward to starting it. Will sure let you know once I do, and would be happy to discuss about it!
