Not to discount all the hard work you put into Prose ... I did vote for "finish Vol 2" I actually really enjoy GNs and even individual comic issues that either combine prose with frames ... or have extended back story in prose. Its a real art getting that right, and when done correctly, really gives a wonderful depth to things.
I totally understand. I am sort of feeling that way myself... meaning I think I got too caught up in “trying something new” that I forgot how enjoyable it was to script a comic.
Honing messy notes and post-its into a genuine outline is so gratifying.
Arguably it’s a much better feeling that writing itself. 🫠
